Las Vegas Strip Casino Map

The Las Vegas Strip is a roughly four mile run of Las Vegas Boulevard lined with around thirty resort casinos, the densest stretch of gambling anywhere. This Las Vegas Strip casino map lays the resorts out south to north, from Mandalay Bay at the south end up to the STRAT, and adds a floor map for the biggest ones so you can find your way around inside. The legal age to gamble is 21 across Nevada, with no exceptions.

The Strip from south to north

The Strip is a single straight corridor, which makes it easy to picture once you fix the ends. The south end starts around Mandalay Bay, by the airport, and the resorts run north in a nearly unbroken wall to the STRAT tower, about four miles up the boulevard. The dense core, where the marquee resorts stand shoulder to shoulder, covers roughly the middle two and a half miles. Almost none of this is in the city of Las Vegas; most of the Strip sits in the unincorporated town of Paradise, which is why the wider Las Vegas casino map covers a lot of ground this page does not.

It breaks into three working stretches. The south Strip, from Mandalay Bay up past MGM Grand and the CityCenter area, holds the family scale themed resorts and the arena district. The center Strip, the busiest stretch, packs in Bellagio, Caesars Palace, the Venetian, and the rest around the Flamingo and Caesars intersections. The north Strip thins out past Wynn and Encore through Resorts World and the 2023 Fontainebleau up to the older Circus Circus, Sahara, and the STRAT.

Distances look short on a map and walk long in person, especially in summer. Pedestrian bridges carry you over the big intersections, free trams connect a few neighbors, and the Las Vegas Monorail runs the east side. Two recent gaps are worth knowing before you set out: the Mirage and the Tropicana both closed in 2024 and are being rebuilt, so the lineup is not quite what an older map shows.

§ The resorts along the Strip

South to north, the routing job for the Strip. The biggest resorts also carry a floor map module further down.

South Strip Mandalay Bay to the CityCenter area

Mandalay Bay anchors the south end, with Luxor’s pyramid and the Excalibur castle next door, the three linked by a free tram. Across Tropicana Avenue, MGM Grand holds one of the largest floors in the city, facing New York-New York, and Park MGM and Aria sit just north toward the CityCenter cluster. This stretch is the most family scale part of the Strip and holds the arena district.

Center Strip the busiest core

The dense middle. Aria and the Cosmopolitan give way to Bellagio and its fountains, with Caesars Palace set back behind the Forum Shops across the way. Around the Flamingo Road intersection sit Planet Hollywood, Paris, the rebranded Horseshoe, the Cromwell, the Flamingo, the LINQ, and Harrah’s. This is where the foot traffic is heaviest and the resorts are closest together.

North Strip Treasure Island to the STRAT

Past the center, Casino Royale and Treasure Island lead into the huge Venetian and Palazzo, then Wynn and Encore. Beyond them the boulevard opens up through Resorts World, which opened in 2021, and Fontainebleau, which opened in late 2023, up to the older Circus Circus, Sahara, and the STRAT at the north tip. The gap where the Mirage stood, between Harrah’s and Treasure Island, is being rebuilt as Hard Rock Las Vegas.

Resort floor maps

Simplified original schematics for the biggest resorts, south to north. Each is an orientation aid drawn fresh in phase two, not a copy of the resort’s own floor plan.

Mandalay Bay

The south anchor. The casino floor runs between the Strip entrance and the convention center at the back, with the Delano and Four Seasons towers at the south end and the Shark Reef aquarium, the events center, and the wave pool and beach to the rear. A free tram from the north end of the property runs up to Luxor and Excalibur.

Luxor

The pyramid just north of Mandalay Bay. The casino sits on the main level under the open atrium, with inclinators running up the slanted corners to the rooms and an attractions level below. The tram links south to Mandalay Bay and Excalibur, and a walkway connects to Excalibur directly.

Excalibur

The castle at the Tropicana corner. The gaming floor fills the ground level, with two towers behind and a lower level of dining and attractions. Pedestrian bridges cross to New York-New York and MGM Grand, and the tram runs south to Luxor and Mandalay Bay.

Bellagio

Behind the fountains and the lake. The central casino floor sits past the lobby and the conservatory, with the poker room off to one side, the Via Bellagio shops along the front, and the towers behind. The tram connects to Aria and Park MGM.

Caesars Palace

A sprawling complex rather than a single floor. Several connected casino areas wrap around the Forum Shops, with the Garden of the Gods pools, the Colosseum theater, multiple hotel towers, and the sportsbook spread across the site. The entrance sets back a long way from the boulevard, so allow time to walk in.

Flamingo

The longtime center Strip floor at the Flamingo Road corner. The casino sits off the main entrance, with the towers around it and the wildlife habitat and pool tucked behind. Self parking is at the rear.

Wynn Las Vegas

The curved resort on the north Strip. The casino floor follows the curve past the Wynn Plaza shops and the theater, with the golf course side to the rear and the tower above. An esplanade links south to Encore. The entrance is set back behind the landscaped front.

Encore

Joined to Wynn by the shared esplanade. The casino floor opens off that walk, with the XS nightclub and the pool and beach club to the rear and the tower above. It reads as one resort with Wynn even though each keeps its own floor.

Las Vegas Strip questions

Q. How many casinos are on the Las Vegas Strip?

Around thirty resort casinos line the Strip, from Mandalay Bay at the south end to the STRAT at the north. The count drifts with openings and closures, so treat it as a snapshot dated 2026. A couple of recent closures, the Mirage and the Tropicana, have left gaps that are being rebuilt.

Q. How long is the Las Vegas Strip?

Las Vegas Boulevard runs about four miles through the resort district, with the dense casino core covering roughly two and a half miles. Walking the core end to end takes a couple of hours, longer in summer heat, so most people walk a stretch and ride for the rest.

Q. Which Strip casinos recently closed?

The Mirage closed in 2024 and is being rebuilt as Hard Rock Las Vegas, expected around 2027, and the Tropicana closed in 2024 and was demolished for a Major League Baseball stadium and a new Bally's resort. On the other side, Fontainebleau opened at the north end in late 2023.

Q. How do you get around the Las Vegas Strip?

On foot for short hops, with pedestrian bridges over the busy intersections. Free trams link Mandalay Bay, Luxor, and Excalibur at the south end and Bellagio, Aria, and Park MGM in the center. The Las Vegas Monorail runs along the east side from the STRAT area down to MGM Grand, and rideshare covers the rest.

Q. What is the difference between this page and the Las Vegas casino map?

This page covers only the Strip, the resort corridor on Las Vegas Boulevard. The wider Las Vegas casino map adds downtown on Fremont Street, the off Strip resorts, and the locals casinos around the valley. Use that one for the whole city and this one for the Strip itself.

Q. What is the minimum age to gamble on the Strip?

It is 21, the legal age across Nevada, with no exceptions at any casino, sportsbook, or slot machine. Anyone under 21 may not play or loiter on a casino floor. Confirm at the venue, since policies can change.

Q. Are the Strip casinos open 24 hours?

Yes. The casino floors on the Strip run 24 hours a day, every day. Restaurants, clubs, sportsbooks, and attractions keep their own hours, so check the property for those.

Editorial note

Reviewed by the CasinosMap editorial desk. The Strip roster is the most volatile lineup on the site, so the open resorts, the recent closures and rebrands, and the south to north order were checked fresh against current authoritative sources rather than memory. The floor map briefs describe original simplified schematics to be drawn in phase two, never copies of any resort's published floor plan. Counts are dated and treated as a snapshot.
